30 or 60 minute sessions are available.
CrossFit Rising Holds monthly Specialty Classes to help you get more out of your training and skills.
These are 1-3 hour sessions in the areas of:
-Olympic Weightlifting
-Gymnastics
-Aerobic Capacity
This class is meant to guide you into learning how to better activate the largest muscle in your body - the glutes!
Making balance, stability, agility, power and athlete movements pain free is the ultimate fitness goal. Utilizing stand workout equipment and resistance bands, this 3 day a week 45 minute group session will strength your muscle mind connection with your booty!

The "Golden Phoenix" Class is dedicated to Seniors looking to improve their core, bone, joint, and muscle strength.
This is a 30 minute, 55+ year old class focused on our bodies needs as we again.
Classes are a blend of cardiovascular and muscular workouts designed to do the body good.
Would like to work on some extra fitness or can't make it to a class for the day?
CrossFit Rising has a hybrid access add-on option to scan in during non-class hours.
